The Store Manager is responsible to provide support with the overall management of the store, staff, merchandise and customer service, while promoting a sales culture to build productivity and passion for the brand. This position will ensure that all internal and external customers receive exemplary service and receive a positive store/brand experience, per below requirements and expectations:
Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
Sales and Service
· Coach managers and sales associates on all levels of selling skills
· Ensure that all stores meet or exceed sales goals and provide excellent customer service
· Communicate store and company information to associates
· Analyze sales figures and other key performance indicators and take action when needed
· Train and motivate sales associate performance through daily coaching, monthly check-ins & EOY reviews.
· Set example or great customer service
Development
· Recruit and retain excellent store staff
· Effectively manage, motivate and monitor a sales team on selling skills
· Can self assess and make adjustments when needed
· Trains new sales team members to the Robert Graham standard
Produce
· Organize the daily operations in the stores and manage the assigned Store Manager(s)
· Develops and executes strategies to drive business
· Operates business profitably and minimize potential for loss.
· Effectively implements policies and procedures and manages daily operations to maximize payroll efficiency
· Organize staff meetings
Communication
· Engages the store team in a manner that is respectful and professional
· Effectively identifies and communicates strong and weak merchandise to the Steven Alan buying team
· Works with manager(s) and buyer to control the inventory process
· Provides constructive feedback to the management and sales staff
· Responds well to feedback from district manager and follows directives
· Keeps the team informed of store goals and overall store performance on a weekly basis
· Works closely with the staff to troubleshoot customer issues and implement one on one meetings
· Notifies District Manager of staff concerns and ability to present a proper and timely solution
Decision Making
· Seeks creative solutions to challenges
· Alert to general costs: lowering, savings and efficiency
· Troubleshoots store problems
· Understanding of surrounding retail competition

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:
. BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and sufficient work experience
· Minimum of 5 years retail management
· Strong verbal and written skills
· Ability to communicate effectively in order to relay product knowledge and services
· A visual merchandising eye for current trends, color, inspiration and creativity
· Ability to perform effective selling techniques to achieve sale and repeat business
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, weekends
· Able to travel to other stores within the market/region
