Account Manager | AI Startup | Madrid (Hybrid)

As an Account Manager at Pleez, you will own a portfolio of restaurant clients and ensure they extract maximum value from our AI-powered platform. Your goal is simple: help restaurants grow their delivery performance through data, insights, and operational excellence.

You will be the main point of contact for your accounts, guiding them, supporting them, spotting opportunities, and ensuring their delivery channels run on auto-pilot. This role blends customer obsession, analytical thinking, and commercial drive, and is ideal for someone who wants to take tangible responsibility and grow fast in a high-execution environment.

You will collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams, actively solve client challenges, and help improve processes as we scale across Europe.

• 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or managing client portfolios (preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or delivery platforms).

• Customer-obsessed — you deeply care about client outcomes and long-term relationships.

• Detail-oriented and structured — you follow up, follow through, and stay on top of multiple moving pieces.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills — clients trust you.

• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards.

• Commercial mindset — you can spot upsell opportunities, understand client needs, and push for adoption.

• Problem solver — proactive, resourceful, and fast at unblocking issues.

• Fluent in Spanish, with strong English (B2+).
