Title and Summary

Director, B2B Marketing

About Mastercard Services
Mastercard Services brings together the company’s data, technology, analytics, and expertise to help organizations make smarter decisions and drive better outcomes. As a rapidly growing part of Mastercard, Services plays a critical role in how we deliver value beyond payments.
At the core of this is Insights & Intelligence, the business unit that combines proprietary data, advanced analytics, and AI-driven capabilities to help clients better understand their customers, optimize performance, and unlock growth.
Building on this foundation, Advisors & Transformation represents the next evolution of Mastercard’s consulting capabilities. It brings together deep industry expertise, differentiated data assets, and AI-enabled solutions to help clients navigate complexity and accelerate transformation.
With the introduction of Agent Suite, Mastercard is advancing how consulting is delivered—leveraging AI and agent-enabled capabilities to move from insight to execution at scale.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director, Product Portfolio Marketing, to lead the marketing strategy for Advisors & Transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of one of Mastercard’s most strategic growth priorities.
This is not a traditional product marketing role. You will help shape how Mastercard defines and scales a new category—AI-enabled consulting—bringing together data, technology, and expertise into repeatable, high-impact solutions.
Reporting to the Vice President of Product Portfolio Marketing, this leader will define how Advisors & Transformation is positioned in the market, shape the narrative for emerging capabilities such as Agent Suite, and drive integrated go-to-market strategies that support global adoption, commercial growth, and client impact.
This role offers a unique opportunity to translate Advisors & Transformation from a strong capability into a globally recognized, market-leading proposition—influencing how Mastercard brings innovation to market at scale.

What You’ll Do
Lead Portfolio Marketing Strategy
• Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Advisors & Transformation portfolio across the product lifecycle—from launch through scale.
• Establish clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for consulting and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Align closely with product, consulting, and regional teams to ensure marketing strategies directly support business priorities and growth objectives.
Drive Integrated Go-to-Market and Growth
• Lead global go-to-market strategies for priority offerings, including Agent Suite, ensuring consistency across regions while enabling local relevance.
• Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with commercial priorities—contributing to pipeline creation, deal velocity, and revenue growth.
• Partner with integrated marketing teams to activate campaigns that drive measurable engagement, conversion, and expansion.
• Translate complex and evolving capabilities into scalable, client-relevant value propositions tailored to key buying centers.
Shape Narrative and Thought Leadership
• Define and lead the portfolio narrative, ensuring a consistent and compelling story across all client and internal touchpoints.
• Build and maintain a thought leadership roadmap in partnership with consulting leadership and Services Marketing.
• Contribute to strengthening Mastercard’s voice in AI-enabled consulting, analytics, and business transformation.
Enable Sales and Commercial Success
• Lead the development of sales enablement strategies and client-facing assets that support effective engagement and conversion.
• Equip sales and consulting teams with differentiated messaging, relevant proof points, and scalable materials that accelerate deals.
• Act as a key connector across product, consulting, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and clarity across the commercialization lifecycle.

Leverage Insights to Drive Growth
• Use market research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data to inform decisions and refine strategy.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen positioning, expand use cases, and accelerate portfolio growth.
• Measure the impact of marketing initiatives, linking efforts to pipeline, client engagement, and revenue outcomes.

All About You
Experience & Expertise
• Significant experience in product marketing, portfolio marketing, consulting marketing, or B2B strategy roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies for complex or evolving portfolios.
• Experience working with consulting, data, analytics, or technology-enabled solutions is strongly preferred.
Strategic & Commercial Mindset
• Strong ability to connect marketing strategy to business outcomes—across pipeline creation, client engagement, and revenue growth.
• Comfort operating across the full commercialization lifecycle, from shaping propositions to enabling sales execution.
• Understanding of enterprise buying dynamics and how to engage multiple stakeholders and buying centers.
Communication & Influence
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across a matrixed organization.
• Strong executive presence and ability to operate effectively in high-visibility environments.
Execution & Drive
• Hands-on and outcome-oriented—able to move seamlessly from strategy to execution and deliver results.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ambiguity.
• Highly collaborative, with a strong bias for action, ownership, and accountability.
• Required: Bachelor's degree and fluency in English.
• Preferred: MBA
