Job Description

- Monitor student attendance and identify patterns of chronic absenteeism.
- Conduct home visits and meet with students and families to assess barriers affecting school attendance.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to improve attendance.
- Collaborate with schools, families, and community organizations to provide support and resources.
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle, as necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate truancy prevention efforts and recommend improvements when needed.
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Ability to pass required clearances.
- Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
