Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Establish new relationship by developing and expanding sales leads through client visits/telephone enquiries/email and electronic communication.
- Provide technical and engineering information about the company’s products and services.
- Demonstrate clear understanding of products, courses and services of the firm and advise clients accordingly.
- Marketing, servicing, and following up with Woodward Governors,
- Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales inquiries and development of training proposal templates.
- Maintain standards of safety onsite in compliance with health and safety policy.
- Populate training schedule attendance chart, communicate availability to Training Coordinator and Training Administrator to produce accurate and effective training schedule.
- Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying issues, providing information, recommending options and course of action, and implementing directives.

Qualification & Experience:
- Must have a University degree or equivalent in Applied Science or Engineering courses; Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience in any engineering or applied sciences/technical sales field.
