We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to join our Supply Chain practice, with a focus on E-Procurement system implementations and process optimization.

This client-facing role is critical in supporting both public and private sector clients through end-to-end procurement transformation programs, including system implementation, approval design, and integration initiatives. The successful candidate will be expected to bring both functional procurement expertise and hands-on configuration experience, helping clients navigate complex requirements and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions.

What you will do

As part of the Supply Chain practice focusing on procurement system implementations:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of e‑procurement implementations (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua), across design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations, with a focus on approval workflows and procurement processes
  • Configure systems, including approval routing, roles and permissions, and policies, ensuring alignment with client governance
  • Lead integration design and setup (e.g., punchout, ERP flows) and support testing cycles (SIT/UAT)
  • Develop clear documentation (designs, process flows, configuration) and provide structured updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to KPMG delivery standards and best practices

What you bring to the role

• 3+ years of consulting and procurement system implementation experience (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• 5+ years of professional experience leading large scale technology projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and approval workflows
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and integrations
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, practical insights and recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments
