Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a career with a stable manufacturing company? Menasha Packaging is seeking experienced and motivated Press Operators, Die Cut Operators, and Folder Gluer Operators to join our team on night shift.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour (based on department and experience)
- Shift: Night Shift
- Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Schedule: 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to meet quality and productivity goals
- Review job tickets and work orders to ensure customer specifications are met
- Feed material into machines and stack finished product
- Complete production paperwork and prepare materials for shipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine machine adjustments and assist with equipment maintenance when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when business needs require
- Ability to work rotating shifts if needed
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and use a tape measure or ruler accurately
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, die cutting, or machine operation is a plus
