Essential Functions:
- Analyzes complex data sets and provides insights to support decision making.
- Develops and maintains decision support tools and models.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Conducts research and stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Presents findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity in decision support systems.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field, required.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred.
Experience:
- Three years of experience in healthcare data analysis or equivalent, required.
- Two years of experience in SQL or other programming languages, required.
