Manufacturing Supervisor

Nissha Medical Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Production team. This position is responsible for Supervises and coordinates the activities of workers involved in parts assembly by performing the following functions. Directly supervises 5 or more employees on the production floor. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include hiring and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
