Job Description

Overview

Midwest Dental supported by Smile Brands in Wausau, WI is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping people and creating a positive experience for patients. Dental experience is not required — we are happy to train the right person!

 


Schedule (days/hours)

Mon 7-5, Tues 7-5, Wed 7-5, Thurs 7-5, Fri 8-1
Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments and help manage the daily patient flow
  • Answer phones and assist with patient questions
  • Verify patient information and support front office operations
  • Help create a positive, patient-first experience from check-in to check-out

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Dental experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Compensation

$18 - $21
