In this role, you’ll help design and evolve the ways we compose development at scale through the design system. Contribute to developing and maintaining high-quality components, patterns, and documentation, while supporting designers and engineers in using them effectively. And play a key role in enabling uniform, expandable, and brand-aligned experiences by providing the mentorship, structure, and clarity teams need to do their best work.
Core Responsibilities
Our new Senior Digital Product Designer will join the core design systems team, collaborating closely with the current designer and engineering team. To define, build, and evolve styles, interaction patterns, components, and documentation. Maintain robust and scalable Figma component libraries, from foundational elements to more advanced, composite components.
Work closely with designers, engineers, and multi-functional partners to ensure components are effectively implemented and adopted. Facilitate knowledge-sharing practices that support collaboration, pairing, and upskilling across the design community.
- Apply research methods to evaluate the efficiency of the design system and uncover user and partner needs.
- Help evolve and maintain an organization-wide design token foundation, working together with the Global Brand team and cross-domain working groups.
- Contribute to delivering a consistent and cohesive experience across digital products through strong system thinking.
- Be part of developing and applying guidelines for how the design system supports AI-assisted design workflows, including prototyping, component usage, and system integrity.

We are in the Digital Platforms & Infrastructure (DP&I) department, a domain that supports the wider Digital Technology organization in building and delivering stable and great digital platforms. Within DP&I, you’ll also join a collaborative digital design team, where designers come together for sparring, feedback, and shared growth.

Do you have what it takes?
The preferred candidate brings several years of experience in digital product design and a strong systems approach. They think holistically and can translate sophisticated problems and processes into simple, intuitive user experiences. Are confident advocating for a human-centered approach to design, balancing the needs of users, teammates, and the business to compose outcomes that work for everyone.
The right candidate is adaptable in design processes, knowing when to be agile and when to go deep, and comfortable explaining trade-offs and their impact. Also, have a solid grasp of interaction patterns and information architecture, and am familiar with platform conventions across web, iOS, and Android, with good judgment on when to follow them and when to challenge them.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, interaction design, communication design, visual arts.
- Experience designing and contributing to developing systems, ideally in enterprise environments.
- Confidence in facilitating workshops such as design sprints and play-testing sessions.
An up-to-date online portfolio that demonstrates your UI and visual design craft, as well as your interaction design and problem-solving skills must be part of your application.
