Job Description
The Jackson, MS office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an Office Administrative Specialist with a minimum of three (3) years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal environment. The position assists the Office Administrator with the day to day administrative functions of the office and handles assignments as requested by the Managing Partner and Office Administrator. In addition, works collaboratively with Firm Management, Office Administration Teams, and all Attorneys and Staff.
