ServiceNow Developer – IRM / ITSM

🔹 Role Summary

Looking for a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and ITSM modules to support risk, compliance, and service management processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Work on ServiceNow modules:
  • ✅ IRM (Risk, Policy, Compliance, Audit)
  • ✅ ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
• Configure workflows, forms, and business rules
• Customize applications using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript / Glide API)
• Support enhancements, defect fixing, and deployments
• Maintain data quality and application configurations
• Build integrations using REST / SOAP APIs

🔹 Must-Have Skills (For TA Screening)

• 2–5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Hands-on experience in IRM / GRC modules
• Strong experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem)
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Exposure to workflows, approvals, and automation
• Basic understanding of reporting/dashboards

• ServiceNow CSA
• CIS – IRM / GRC
