Technical Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Description
In this context, we are now looking for Senior Technical Business Analyst to coordinate our development deliveries in Spain. We are looking for a colleague to drive the implementation, operations and continuous improvement of processes in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders in Origination, Operations & Risk and all relevant IT departments.
The responsibilities will include the following:
- Work closely with the business to understand the business process and needs; understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Function as key interface between local IT and global IT departments; translate local needs into global system landscapes and environments
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather user requirements, summarize feedback, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Working closely with the development teams to provide clear and comprehensive documentation, including concepts and process flows
- Assisting in the creation of training materials and functional user documentation and conducting training sessions for our users
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the products from a business perspective, identifying any issues or bottlenecks, and proposing appropriate improvements
- Participating in the testing and quality assurance activities, ensuring that the product deliveries meet accurately the specified requirements.
- Relevant university degree, preferably a master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the commodity trading industry or the financial services sector.
- Solid understanding of business processes front-to-back, such as deal entry and validation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable specifications.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, requirements gathering, and data analysis
- Strong cross team collaboration with an ability to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish

Location and travel: The position will be located in Madrid, Spain. Some travel might be required.
