What You’ll Do
As Store Director, you’ll own the full store experience, including balancing people leadership, operational excellence, and business performance:
- Lead & develop teams to achieve their full potential
- Drive sales, profit, and service through strong execution
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability
- Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs
- Leverage financial insights (P&L, labor, costs) to improve outcomes
Who You Are
You’re a leader who:
- Brings strong people leadership experience (3–5+ years preferred)
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Is passionate about growing sales, customer experience, and team development
