What You’ll Do

As Store Director, you’ll own the full store experience, including balancing people leadership, operational excellence, and business performance:

  • Lead & develop teams to achieve their full potential
  • Drive sales, profit, and service through strong execution
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability
  • Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs
  • Leverage financial insights (P&L, labor, costs) to improve outcomes

  • Brings strong people leadership experience (3–5+ years preferred)
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Is passionate about growing sales, customer experience, and team development
