The Role
In this role, you’ll own trading performance across paid media and marketing initiatives. You’ll lead budget forecasting, real-time optimisations, and post-campaign analysis to maximise return on marketing spend. Collaborating closely with marketing channel leads, regional teams, and finance partners, you’ll ensure performance KPIs are met and exceeded. You’ll also be a key voice in shaping investment decisions across our multi-channel customer funnel.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead performance trading across all marketing channels
- Manage budget pacing and reforecasting across campaigns
- Optimise media mix based on performance and market dynamics
- Build dashboards and reporting to drive real-time decisions
- Partner with finance and data teams on forecasting and ROI modelling
- Collaborate with regional teams to localise strategy and execution
- Set global benchmarks and KPIs across campaigns
- Identify growth and efficiency opportunities across the funnel
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in digital performance marketing or trading roles
- Strong understanding of media mix modelling and ROI analysis
- Commercial mindset and comfort with budget ownership
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High level of proficiency in Excel and performance reporting tools
- Understanding of attribution models and paid channel mechanics
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability
- Passion for sport, growth, and continuous optimisation
