Job Summary
The Branch Banking Client Platform Specialist is responsible for driving new deposit acquisition and expanding existing deposit relationships within an assigned territory. This role is heavily focused on proactive business development, consistent prospecting activity, and disciplined pipeline management. The position also supports broader sales execution efforts and ensures high‑quality client service and compliance with all operational and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Deposit Hunting & New Business Development: Identify, research, and qualify new deposit prospects through targeted outreach. Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and present tailored deposit solutions. Close new deposit relationships and transition them into long-term clients. Maintain a structure pipeline with consistent movement toward conversion. Expand relationships with existing clients to increase deposit balances and product penetration.
Sales Execution & Revenue Support: Partner with internal sales teams to support broader revenue initiatives. Participate in coordinated sales campaigns and cross-sell opportunities. Contribute to territory-level business development strategies.
Client Service & Compliance: Deliver high-quality client service throughout onboarding and ongoing relationship management. Ensure all activities meet regulatory, compliance and operational standards. Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and adherence to internal controls.

Conduct market research to identify high‑value prospects and emerging opportunities.
Execute systematic prospecting campaigns to generate new leads.
Develop customized deposit solutions aligned with client needs and organizational goals.
Deepen relationships with existing clients to drive additional deposit growth.
Execute territory‑based business development strategies to expand market presence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent .
Minimum experience required: 6+ Years customer service and sales experience (including Financial Services Industry).
Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.
Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
