Elchemy is a tech-enabled, cross-border specialty chemicals distribution platform helping companies across the US and Europe source high-quality chemical raw materials from trusted manufacturers across Southeast Asia and beyond. We operate at the intersection of discovery, quality assurance, and fulfillment, simplifying what has traditionally been a fragmented and opaque procurement process. Roles and Responsibilities:
● Market Expansion & Revenue Growth:
Take full ownership of driving global business growth for Solvents and Intermediates. Focus on
increasing Elchemy’s market share by identifying untapped customer segments, penetrating new
accounts, and strategically expanding presence in high-potential regions. Lead initiatives that
consistently deliver top-line sales growth and improved profitability.
● Sales Leadership & Team Performance:
Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team aligned with Elchemy’s values and goals.
Set clear KPIs, coach team members regularly, and create a results-driven culture focused on
accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Encourage collaboration, problem-
solving, and innovation within the team to unlock full potential.
● Customer Relationship Management & Key Account Development:
Strengthen relationships with existing clients through a structured key account management
approach. Ensure customer satisfaction, drive repeat business, and increase wallet share by
positioning Elchemy as a strategic partner. Expand the Key Account portfolio through trust-
building, proactive communication, and exceptional service delivery.
● Strategic Sales Planning & Execution:
Design and execute robust sales strategies tailored to meet ambitious revenue and margin goals.
Align plans with Elchemy’s overall Vision, Mission, and long-term business strategy. Identify high-
impact opportunities and ensure timely execution through strong cross-functional collaboration
and prioritization.
● Digital Enablement & Innovation:
Lead the adoption of digital tools and data-driven solutions to optimize sales operations, enhance
customer interactions, and increase team efficiency. Leverage CRM, automation, and analytics
platforms to drive smarter decision-making and real-time performance tracking.
● Business Reporting & Market Intelligence:
Deliver insightful, actionable reports and dashboards to leadership, outlining sales performance,
customer insights, competitor movements, and market trends. Use analytics to identify growth
levers, mitigate risks, and drive informed strategic decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
● 10+ years of proven experience in leading sales efforts in Solvents and Intermediates account
● Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team
● Highly driven, ambitious, and passionate about sales
● Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performance sales teams.
● Preferred qualities include entrepreneurial mindset, strong techno-commercial acumen, excellent
networking skills, ownership, commitment, and high emotional intelligence
