Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa of Holmdel is hiring a Spa Sales Associate for our busy, high rated spa in the Kohls Shopping Plaza on Rt 35 (5 minutes away from the Parkway). We’re a fun, family-oriented team with a supportive and relaxed professional environment. Our vision is simple: to make each visit the best hour of our client's month. Our Spa Associates play a crucial role in achieving this goal. As the hosts of the spa, they are dedicated to creating 5-star experiences for every client. By connecting with clients, co-workers, and the community, our Spa Associates ensure that each service is memorable and exceptional!
Responsibilities:
- Meet membership sales goals
- Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
- Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
- Capable of working flexible hours
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
- Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
