Location: Liberia, Costa Rica
With nearly 140 years of history, The Coca‑Cola Company continues to transform itself through innovation, technology, and people. Our new plant in Liberia, Costa Rica is an Industry 4.0 site, designed with advanced engineering, digital systems, and safety by design.
We are looking for a Safety Supervisor to lead a high‑performance safety culture, working alongside the plant team to bring our belief that “Zero Is Possible” to life.
This role combines strategic leadership and technical expertise, driving risk‑based decision‑making, robust management systems, and disciplined execution in a world‑class industrial environment.

What you will do for us:
Lead and continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001).
Develop and execute the annual safety program and prevention plans.
Manage risk assessments, internal audits, and readiness for external audits.
Drive safety by design, management of change, and engineering controls.
Measure and analyze safety indicators to enable predictive prevention.
Coordinate training, emergency response, and incident investigations.
Promote a strong, collaborative, and sustainable safety culture.
Requirements:
University degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, or a related technical field.
7+ years of experience in safety, preferably in industrial plants (food and beverage experience is a plus).
Experience leading technical teams and working with ISO 45001.
Advanced English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of risk management, auditing, safety engineering, and data analysis.
Residing in or willing to relocate to Liberia, Guanacaste (100% on‑site – non‑negotiable).
