Job Description
Manage developers and testers, ensuring consistent delivery quality- Manage the scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions that support a latest technology business line. The role has to provide strategic technical direction, define architectural standards, and ensure that all solutions align with business objectives and modern engineering principles and local laws.
- Manage the end-to-end solution architecture for assigned projects, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure to define and implement technology stack, frameworks, integration patterns, and technical standards aligned with business and product goals.
- Oversee delivery of software components, balancing rapid execution with quality in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Manage and support software-related incidents in the telecommunications environment, ensuring quick resolution and minimal service disruption.
- Provide technical support across integration, middleware, and application layers, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive measures.
