Key Responsibilities
- Design and own end‑to‑end product experiences by translating product strategy and user needs into coherent, scalable user journeys from concept through delivery.
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape solutions and drive outcomes.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and validate design decisions.
- Ensure designs meet Mastercard standards for usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA to support high‑quality implementation.

Work Experience

- 4–7+ years of experience in Product or UX Design, ideally on complex B2B or data‑heavy products.
- Strong foundation in user‑centered design methodologies and iterative delivery.
- High proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping).
- Experience working in cross‑functional, agile teams.
- Ability to clearly communicate and advocate for design decisions.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience designing AI‑powered or decision‑support experiences.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front‑end constraints.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
