Technical Training Specialist - Operations

This position is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for Operations, with an initial focus on onboarding and developing Automation Technicians through classroom instruction, hands-on training, and standardized on-the-job training (OJT). The incumbent will manage the day-to-day operation of the technical training cell, coach and evaluate trainees, develop standardized training documentation, and partner with Operations subject matter experts to improve workforce capability.
