Key Responsibilities:
- Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring cleanliness and odor control.
- Vacuum carpets and perform spot cleaning when needed.
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors using appropriate cleaning products.
- Dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other high surfaces.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces for a streak-free shine.
- Disinfect restrooms, replenishing soap and paper towel supplies.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and inform supervisors when restocking is needed.
- Report equipment issues promptly to area managers.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- No prior experience is required for basic cleaning tasks.
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn how to use cleaning tools and equipment.
- High attention to detail and dedication to quality work.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and ability to pass a background check.
