Position Summary

You will work alongside professionals in the practice areas most developed in the firm's Milan office: Capital Markets (debt and equity), Banking and Finance and Corporate M&A. In the debt capital markets area the proposed activities may include for example: analysis and preparation of US registered bonds, yankee bonds, US private placements, high yields bonds and euro bonds. In the area of equity capital markets there will be the opportunity to participate in listings and capital increase. It will also be possible to be involved in the study and implementation of both domestic and multi-jurisdictional acquisition and financing transactions. Internships last three months beginning in January, April, July and October

Qualifications

We are looking for 4th/5th year students with an interest in M&A, bank finance, capital markets transactions and/or antitrust and competition to join our Milan office. You shall have strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in financing transactions and cross-border M&A. You shall also be ambitious and passionate about work, flexible and adaptable, ready for the challenges of working in a global law firm, service-minded with strong interpersonal skills and able to work in team. Fluent level of English is required and experiences abroad are considered a plus.
