| COMPENSATION: | $24.87 p/hour (25/26 SY) |
| HOURS: | 6:30am-3:00pm |
| DESCRIPTION: | - Perform basic commercial building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Assist district maintenance personnel, as needs require and or as directed by the Operations Administrators.
- Have clear and immediate knowledge of water, gas, and electrical shut off locations.
- Have clear and immediate knowledge of fire alarm locations for fire emergencies and how to put systems on test.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and parts used in the course of building maintenance.
- Perform equipment and preventative maintenance, as assigned or requested by administration.
- Perform custodial tasks/coverage as needs require and or as directed by the Operation's Supervisor or Operations Manager.
- Perform grounds maintenance as needs require and as assigned by the Operation's Supervisor or Facility manager.
- Perform snow and ice removal tasks as needed and directed.
- All other duties as assigned

| REQUIREMENTS: | Excellent communication skills and knowledge of building cleaning and
maintenance required. Experience with electric, plumbing, carpentry, inventory, snow removal, etc.
Must have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper use.
Strong organizational and planning skills. |
