Job Description
The Sr Manager of Facility Services is responsible for providing leadership and fostering a working environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction. Ensure that the standards of service are met for the Facilities Services teams in a manner consistent with Swedish mission and values. Accountable for the development and oversight of budgets for the Facility Engineering department. Facilitates the quality improvement programs and processes that support the Swedish System values in an efficient manner with special attention to leveraging system improvement in addition to campus specific improvements. Provide support and direction to the planning and construction activities. Ensures the physical plant systems and equipment meet regulatory guidelines.
