Job Description

New Vertical Market Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop new vertical markets beyond the currently structured segments. Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and drive entry strategies into emerging industries. Strategic Planning and Market Expansion: Develop business plans and go-to-market strategies for new verticals in close cooperation with Product Management, Sales, and R D. Define scalable approaches to enter and structure these markets globally. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Building: Establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders in new industries. Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions and business opportunities. Technology Positioning and Solution Development: Promote Trench Group’s technologies in new application fields. Adapt value propositions and solutions to meet the specific requirements of each vertical. Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences. Market Intelligence and Innovation Input: Conduct structured market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer requirements, and future developments. Provide actionable insights to Product Management and R D to support innovation and portfolio expansion. Reporting and Stakeholder Alignment: Track progress of new vertical initiatives and report key insights, opportunities, and risks to Management, Sales, Product Management, and R D stakeholders.
