What You’ll Be Doing Visiting and building lasting relationships with customers in your assigned territory Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and referrals Following up on leads and inquiries with confidence and professionalism Providing quotes, answering technical questions, and guiding clients to the right solution Partnering with our internal teams and warehouse to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries Staying informed about new products, market trends, and customer needs Helping troubleshoot challenges and provide creative solutions when issues arise Attending sales meetings, maintaining accurate call logs, and keeping a clean vehicle log What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (bonus if you’ve worked with plastics or industrial products) A great communicator who enjoys connecting with people Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and updating calendars/logs Someone with a valid driver’s license and who enjoys being on the road A self-starter who can manage their schedule and prioritize their territory Why You’ll Love Working at Indelco Competitive base pay with sales incentives Company car or car allowance 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision benefits Supportive leadership that invests in your success A stable, growing company with a positive team environment
