Job Description
Position Summary
Schedules and tracks inspections for district infrastructure and amenities; coordinates with engineers, vendors, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain inspection calendars for utilities, drainage, landscaping, parks, and facilities.
Coordinate site access, permits, and safety requirements; issue work orders for deficiencies.
Track findings, photos, and corrective actions; follow up to closure.
Prepare status reports for board packets and compliance files.
Maintain asset inventories and inspection templates; support audits.
Assist with emergency inspections (storms/events) and after‑action reports.
Qualifications
3+ years coordination in public works, utilities, or facilities; field experience preferred.
Strong organization and documentation; comfort with CMMS/mobile apps.
Valid driver’s license; ability to work outdoors.
Education & Certifications
High school diploma required; Associate’s preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
