Job Description
- Runing KPI report for region - OTTR/OTFP/PD/inventory
- Inventory report overview and other reports support
- Optimize planning of supply in order to efficiently manage inventory levels with on time delivery performance on or above target.
- Analyze On time to request and on time to promise and drive improvements
- Facilitate resolution of product shortage issues and communicate outcome with sales support and order management
- Arrange expedited shipments of parts to support exceptional demand/pull in activities.
- Planning and scheduling of GC Vision solution orders required by end customers in the region
- Actively manage relationships with supplier &OM & sales team.
- Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalation
- Assists in maintaining accurate planning parameters / material master data.
- Dealing with invoices resolutions and customer complaints & Sales return request.
- Manage customer order processing in factory end, start from order receiving to arrange shipping,close work with production planner to acheaive region demands
- Handle customer inquiries/complaints/return materials and provide solutions promptly
- Work closely with sales team to achieve sales forecast;
- Manage GC inventory in prober level and highlight excess and solution
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner;
- Bachelors degree in supply chain, operations or other related degree
- 3-5 years planning experience
- Experience in SAP , POSO process
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills,Fluently in English
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
