Position Summary
Puget Sound ENT is a well-established, physician-led otolaryngology practice serving the greater Seattle area. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and innovative clinical environment.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding into integrated allergy services to provide comprehensive airway care for our patients. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to play a key role in launching and supporting a new allergy and immunology program within our practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys patient education, procedural care, and program development in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the RN include, but are not limited to:
Administer and monitor:
Allergen immunotherapy injections (SCIT)
Sublingual immunotherapy support (SLIT)
Perform:
Skin prick and intradermal allergy testing
Patient intake, vitals, and clinical documentation
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond to allergic emergencies (including anaphylaxis)
Educate patients on allergy conditions, medications, and treatment plans
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Assist in developing clinic workflows, protocols, and quality standards
Coordinate care with physicians, PAs, and administrative staff
Display professionalism at work and in the community as a representative of the Center
Education/Experience
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Current State licensure and BLS accreditation (ACLS preferred)
Experience in allergy, immunology, ENT or outpatient procedural care preferred
Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
Ability to manage high-volume clinic flow efficiently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Problem solving skills
Ability to remove oneself personally from given situations, remaining objective
Skill in organizing and reporting information that is accurate and complete
Understanding of the need for and evidence of consistent respect for confidentiality/HIPAA
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all staff
Ability to prepare records in accordance with detailed instructions
Ability to communicate clearly
Consistency and timeliness in attendance
