Supply Chain Manager

Thea Energy is leveraging recent breakthroughs in stellarator physics and engineering to create a faster and simpler approach to commercializing fusion energy. The company is reinventing the stellarator using computer-controlled arrays of planar coils thereby replacing the intricate, complex modular magnets required in all other stellarator architectures. Thea Energy is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to join its rapidly growing team. In this role, you will oversee all procurement activities, from requisition to payment. You will collaborate across departments, leading efforts to forecast prototyping spending, optimize procurement processes and manage supplier relationships. This role is critical to ensure that the equipment and supplies required for key company operations arrive on-time and on-budget. Additionally, you will ensure that our supply chain is closely integrated with our FP&A and strategic direction. Your efforts will directly contribute to the organization's efficiency, enabling us to drive forward towards our commercial fusion energy goal. Thea Energy’s dynamic team is made up of self-motivated individuals with an excitement for solving complex problems.
