We are looking for nurturing and supportive people, who can provide outstanding childcare and support our young people to achieve amazing outcomes.
Our beautiful home near Buxton is a group home that offers a comfortable and homely setting for our young people who need therapeutic placements. Our teams support their young people with all of their domestic needs, education, socialisation skills while learning new things and experiencing fun activities and excursions together. We support with their hobbies and interests which include crafting, baking and singing.

Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker:
- A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
- A Full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
