Job Description
The ATU Project Specialist position is crucial for the successful implementation and management of a state-wide, multi-institutional research initiative funded by the National Science Foundation aimed to expand Arkansas' research capacity. This position is supported by a three-year award from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and is expected to continue through the initial 36 month grant period. No additional renewal is anticipated for the project. The ATU Project Specialist will work directly with the Director of Research and Sponsored Programs, coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks, keeping multiple project activities on track, and serve as a primary support resource for ATU research initiatives. The Project Specialist will be responsible for working closely with other educational institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
