What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities: As an Industrial Cleaner, you are the behind-the-scenes hero keeping this facility safe and functional! The Deep Clean: Scrape paint off walls, tracks, and windows. Wipe down walls and ceiling lights to keep the facility shining. Filter Specialist: Change and replace roll, panel, ceiling, and cube filters. Equipment Pro: Use a Pressure Washer to flush sheets and maintain metal flooring grates. Physical Work: Lift and remove metal flooring grates and perform "blow and tack" procedures. Safety First: Follow all safety training while working on ladders and in confined spaces. What You Bring To The Team: Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Safety Mindset: Comfortable climbing ladders and working in confined spaces (we provide all safety training!). Toughness: Ability to work in industrial environments while wearing required PPE. Reliability: Excellent attendance for your unique Weekend Warrior + Weekday shift. Attention to Detail: You spot the grime others miss and take pride in a job well done.
