Working Hours: U.S. Pacific Time (Sacramento Time Zone), Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week)
About the Role
A Hiring Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter on behalf of one of our clients. The Recruiter will support hiring efforts across corporate and office-based positions, with a primary focus on recruiting sales professionals, along with roles in operations, marketing, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage
● Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and other channels
● Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
● Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
● Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS systems
● Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
● Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements
● Support hiring for sales and other corporate/office roles
Requirements
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment (corporate/office roles)
● Experience recruiting in the U.S. market
● English communication skills (both written and spoken)
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
● Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
● High level of organization and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience hiring for sales positions is a strong plus
● Experience working in the home improvement / home services industry is a big plus
