🕒 Shift: Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hours may vary)
📅 Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
📆 Weekend Work: None

Role Overview
As a Medical Assistant or LPN, you will support clinical operations by assisting providers and delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring efficient workflows within the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
- Collecting patient histories and preparing patients for visits
- Performing routine lab procedures and preparing specimens for transport
- Following up on test orders and communicating results to providers and patients
- Maintaining patient education materials
- Managing and updating patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Maintaining clinical equipment and ordering supplies
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Preferred:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or related technical training
Experience
Preferred:
- Two (2) years of Medical Assistant experience
Licensure / Certification
Required:
- Approved Medical Assistant Certification within six (6) months of hire OR proof of active certification/license as one of the following:
- EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) or NREMT
- Paramedic
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Additional Preference:
- Candidates who have completed a Medical Assistant externship are encouraged to include details (location and dates) on their application
