Job Description

Role Description & Responsibilities 

 

  • The purpose of Protégé Program is to support Training portfolio by providing administrative and operational duties related to Training function and HRDC portal 

  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, to produce documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and training databases. 

  • Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO, HRDC Portal, FUSE, Digital on Demand and Pfizer Learning Academy 

  • Liaising with internal stakeholder in other departments and with external contacts. 

  • Assist Training Manager in training coordination and administration.  

  • Prepare learning material and uploading material on HRDC Portal 

  • Administer and ensure training documentation efficiency 

 

 Qualifications 

 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field  

  • Preferably specialized in Business Administration, Learning and Development 

  • Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated 

  • A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
