The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation
The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation (www.dell.org) builds pathways that change lives for families around the world. Through their philanthropy and charitable vehicles, Michael and Susan Dell have committed more than $10 billion to improve education, health, and economic stability, with a focus on delivering measurable, long-term impact. With offices in Austin, New Delhi, Cape Town, Nairobi, and Tel Aviv, the foundation supports programs that advance quality public education, promote children's health, and strengthen family economic stability. Together, these efforts reflect a belief that lasting change comes from investing in people — and in the potential of every child.

Current Opportunity:  Officer, Outreach & Partnerships, Israel – Tel Aviv, Israel
The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation is seeking an Officer, Outreach & Partnerships to join our team in Israel. This role is part of the founding team for the Dell Tech Leaders Scholarship Program — a partnership with the Council for Higher Education designed to support young adults from socio-economic and geographic periphery communities in pursuing STEM education at leading universities. The program begins at the preparatory stage and continues through graduation and entry into the tech workforce.

We are looking for a relationship-driven, mission-aligned professional with experience building partnerships and working with underrepresented populations in higher education — including Arab society, the Ultra-Orthodox community, new immigrants, and young adults from the geographic and socio-economic periphery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment and is energized by the challenge of building something meaningful from the ground up.

About the Role
This role is at the forefront of the scholarship program's growth — driving candidate pipeline development and building the national partnership network that makes program access possible. You will represent the foundation across Israel, cultivating relationships with local authorities, educational institutions, NGOs, and community organizations, while maintaining the data systems that track and optimize recruitment outcomes.

You will be expected to:

Build & Manage Partnerships
  • Develop and lead a national partnership network with local authorities, educational institutions, NGOs, military frameworks, and other social organizations.
  • Work regularly with the program team and external entities to advance the program's growth objectives.
  • Cultivate ongoing, trust-based relationships with strategic partners to deepen reach and impact across diverse communities.
Drive Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
  • Source young adults in pre-academic and academic preparatory tracks (Mechinot) with the potential to integrate and excel in undergraduate STEM degrees.
  • Build new recruitment channels, expand the candidate pool, and identify new opportunities to increase the number of program participants.
  • Represent the program at conferences, professional events, exposure days, and partner meetings across Israel.
Lead Strategy & Measurement
  • Manage and track recruitment targets, partnership development, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously input, document, and monitor data in the program's CRM system to streamline work processes and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, participant recruitment, community development, or a similar role.
  • Experience and genuine passion for working with young adults from diverse populations.
  • Driver's license and a dedicated vehicle (this role involves frequent travel across Israel).
  • High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with the education system, NGOs, pre-academic preparatory programs (Mechinot), and the higher education system.
  • Experience leading nationwide recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity and experience working with CRM systems.
Who You Are
  • Skilled at initiating, developing, and sustaining meaningful partnerships with diverse stakeholders across sectors.
  • Brings genuine experience and passion for working with young adults from underrepresented communities, including Arab society, the Ultra-Orthodox community, new immigrants, and those from the periphery.
  • Able to connect on-the-ground outreach efforts to broader program growth targets and adapt approaches based on data and feedback.
  • Comfortable managing multiple partnerships and processes simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Aligned with the foundation's mission to expand opportunity for underserved communities and motivated by measurable social impact.
Key Skills and Traits
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with local authorities, academic institutions, and third-sector organizations.
  • Marketing orientation and creativity — able to tailor messages and channels to diverse target audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data tracking.
  • High ethical standards and accountability.
Travel Requirement
  • Frequent travel across Israel as a core part of the role.
  • Regular travel to partner sites, academic institutions, and community organizations nationwide.
Why This Role?
Join a founding team with the unique opportunity to shape a program from the ground up. The Dell Tech Leaders Scholarship Program is designed to create real, lasting pathways for talented students who face structural barriers to higher education and careers in tech. If you are ready to bring your expertise in outreach and partnerships into a mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment — and help build a national network that changes lives — we would love to meet you.

Equal Opportunity Policy
We seek engaged and experienced people who want an active role in that mission and can thrive in a multinational environment. The foundation is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse workplace. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
