Our most successful candidates will have the following:

  • HSC/bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service 
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts from our office
  • Good knowledge of Internet technology
  • Willingness to join us immediately
