Your Responsibilities
As an HHA with Affirmed Home Care, you’ll provide compassionate, one-on-one care to help clients remain safe and independent at home, including:
Personal care & grooming
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping & meal prep
Companionship and emotional support
Requirements
Minimum 1 year HHA experience
Valid NYS Home Health Aide Certificate
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical exam within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON test (or chest x-ray within 5 years)
MMR immunization (within last 10 years)
Driver’s license preferred
