Job Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Senior Planification des Catégories, vous êtes responsable de la planification de la production et des approvisionnements pour un périmètre de catégories, en pilotant l’ensemble du processus depuis la prévision de la demande jusqu’à l’optimisation des flux.

Vous contribuez directement à l’optimisation du service, des coûts et des niveaux de stocks, tout en assurant la performance des partenaires co-pack et l’alignement des parties prenantes.

Planification & pilotage supply (S&OE / S&OP)

  • Traduire les besoins de distribution en plans de production et d’approvisionnement co-pack robustes et réalisables

  • Piloter les prévisions MT et LT et leur déclinaison en plans supply

  • Optimiser les flux interrégionaux et les niveaux de stocks à l’échelle globale

  • Gérer les allocations en tenant compte des contraintes opérationnelles et des priorités business

  • Prendre des décisions basées sur la donnée afin d’optimiser service, coûts et cash

Gestion des partenaires & collaboration transverse

  • Piloter la performance des partenaires co-pack

  • Construire des relations solides avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Achats, Supply régionales, Marketing et Innovation

  • Influencer les décisions et assurer l’alignement des parties prenantes

Datas, outils & amélioration continue

  • Garantir la fiabilité des données de planification et des paramètres SAP

  • Exploiter les outils analytiques pour améliorer la précision des modèles de planification

  • Modéliser les flux et contribuer à l’optimisation du réseau supply

Gestion du portefeuille produits

  • Accompagner les lancements produits en assurant une planification efficace et en temps opportun

  • Suivre l’exécution des plans et limiter les risques de surstock ou d’obsolescence

  • Piloter les données de base produits pour garantir leur fiabilité

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée en planification supply end-to-end et processus S&OP / S&OE

  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse et forte orientation data-driven

  • Capacité à transformer les données en recommandations concrètes et décisions business

  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et aptitude à influencer en transverse

  • Communication claire, structurée et impactante

  • Autonomie, sens des priorités et culture du résultat

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise d’Excel avancé et SAP ECC

  • Power BI ou outils analytiques équivalents appréciés

  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux opérationnels, commerciaux et financiers

  • Maitrise de l'anglais
