- You will support the follow-up of regional service requests and coordinate the resources needed to keep work orders running smoothly and on time.
- You will assist project managers in tracking project progress, following up on key actions, and keeping process-related data accurate and up to date in our internal systems.
- You will support the creation, tracking, and maintenance of service-related processes and requests in our CRM and other internal tools - making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- You will help optimize CRM workflows and operational processes, contributing directly to better efficiency and higher data quality across the team.
- You will track and consolidate regional ticket data, monitoring ticket status, closure progress, and overall accuracy so our engineers and clients always have a clear picture.
- You will organize and maintain business and operational documentation, ensuring everything is structured, accessible, and consistent for the whole team.

- You have some familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools, and you understand concepts like work orders and service scopes (or you're eager to learn fast).

- You are proficient in English at C1 level; additional European languages are a plus.
