Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team in Roanoke, TX. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests by ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and timely delivery of food and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing menus and answering questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies as needed.
