We are experiencing significant growth in APAC and currently seeking an Associate Consultant / Consultant to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney. If you have prior consulting experience in operations/transformation/procurement/supply chain OR relevant procurement industry experience and are eager to collaborate with clients across industries to drive meaningful impact, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the team to identify and drive opportunities for improvement in clients’ procurement and operational performance
Develop and propose category and project strategies that maximise value for clients
Engage stakeholders at all appropriate levels and influence effectively
Provide commercial input on contract terms and conditions with suppliers
Gain exposure to diverse industries and procurement challenges
Requirements:
At least 1 year of consulting experience in operations, transformation, procurement, or supply chain OR relevant procurement industry experience with an interest to move to consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to travel for client engagements
