In US Commercial Operations and Analytics at Teva, we turn complex data into the strategic compass that guides our growth.
As our Senior Manager for Commercial Demand Forecasting, you’ll be the architect of our future performance. You'll translate rigorous analysis into clear narratives that empower leadership to make strategic decisions for a subset of products critical to Teva’s portfolio. We’re looking for an intellectually curious, determined problem-solver who can see the human story behind the numbers.
Location: This is a hybrid role (3 days/week onsite) based in Parsippany, NJ.
How you’ll spend your day
- Develop sophisticated models for sales trending, business planning, and long-range forecasts.
- Collaborate across Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain to provide the critical data that drives our financial goals and incentive plans.
- Partner closely with US brand teams to shape the trajectory of our inline and pipeline products.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align business partners on key assumptions and model designs.
- Analyze and project the impact of market events—from competitive shifts to regulatory changes—ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
- Translate complex data lake metrics into actionable insights for our US Innovative Medicines team.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate high-level performance trajectories to commercial leadership through concise and persuasive narratives.
Your experience and qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
- A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience; we also welcome applicants with strong backgrounds in Data Analytics, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- Strong technical skills in building forecasting tools and the ability to manage data for consolidation platforms.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills—you can simplify the complex for any audience.
- A solid grasp of US access dynamics and the regulatory environment.
Also Good to Have
- An MBA or Master’s degree in Analytics or Statistics.
- Direct experience in inline/pipeline forecasting.
Travel Requirements
The flexibility to travel 5-10% across the US and Canada
Physical Requirements & Working Environment
- Occasional: Sitting for extended periods of time at a workstation or mobile equipment.
- Visual Acuity: Performing activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.
- Environment: You may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves).
Compensation Data
The annual starting salary for this position is between $134,480-$168,100 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
