Clinical Rehab Specialist, Days

The CRS is responsible for the ongoing assessment of patients for admission to the facility and coordination of their transfer. Responsible for marketing calls to appropriate referral sources, under the direction of the Rehab Director.Communicates with all rehabilitation team members, including the Medical Director, to ensure candidates are approved and goals are set for achievement of independent lifestyle.
