Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Syndicate Analyst

The Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Syndicate Analyst is an entry to intermediate level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds via the equity capital markets, through IPO, Follow-on, Convertible, and Private Placement offerings, in coordination with the Investment Banking division. The Syndicate Analyst will coordinate the sale and distribution of underwritten offerings across the various business functions of the Institutional Equities Group, including Sales, Trading and Research.
