Position: Commercial Strategy & Projects Manager

Business Unit: Injectable Aesthetics

Location: Sao Paulo, SP

About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing strategic leader to help shape the future growth of Galderma’s Aesthetics Injectables business in Brazil.

This role combines commercial strategy, strategic transformation, and business development, with direct exposure to senior leadership and significant impact on business performance.

Reporting to the Business Unit Head, this leader will drive commercial strategy across channels and portfolio, strengthen pricing and commercial governance, lead high-impact strategic projects, and develop partnerships that expand Galderma’s growth ecosystem.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who combines strong analytical thinking, structured execution, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy
• Lead annual commercial planning and strategic business reviews
• Define channel, portfolio, pricing, and customer segmentation strategies
• Shape commercial policy, including pricing governance, rebates, discounts, and commercial guardrails
• Ensure alignment across business fronts and strong execution governance

Strategic Projects
• Lead high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to implementation
• Build business cases, define execution roadmaps, and track delivery and impact
• Drive transformation initiatives that improve growth, profitability, and customer experience

Strategic Partnerships
• Identify, structure, negotiate, and implement strategic partnerships that unlock incremental growth
• Lead ecosystem opportunities across loyalty, digital platforms, devices, and emerging adjacencies such as GLP-1
• Ensure strong post-deal governance and execution

*Digital Commercial Enablement*
• Partner with IT, Finance, Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Sales to strengthen digital commercial capabilities
• Support the strategic evolution of online ordering and e-commerce platforms

Team Leadership
• Lead and develop a small, high-impact team
• Build a high-performance culture grounded in ownership, analytical rigor, and execution excellence

• Incremental revenue from strategic initiatives and partnerships
• Margin improvement through pricing and commercial governance
• Speed and quality of strategic initiative execution
• Time-to-launch for new initiatives
• Portfolio and commercial performance improvement

Candidate Profile:


We are looking for a strategic, structured, and execution-driven leader with:

• Strong experience in commercial strategy, commercial operations, pricing, marketing analytics, commercial finance, strategy consulting, or related areas
• Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, medtech, consumer, or adjacent industries
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
• Experience in partnership development / business development is a strong plus
• Fluent English
